Lost or Seized Shipments – We’ve Got You Covered

Ensuring Accurate Delivery
It’s important that your shipping information is complete and correct when placing an order. Mistakes in addresses or contact details can lead to delays or extra costs, which we cannot be responsible for.
If, in rare circumstances, your package is lost in transit or seized, we will arrange a replacement shipment once you provide valid documentation confirming the issue.
Customs and Import Charges
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. To help reduce additional costs, all packages are marked as low-value “Gifts.”
